How do I schedule an Operator-handled conference call?
You can do this in several ways:
Call our customer service department at 1-800-925-8000.
Reserve online at https://www.yourcall.com/reservation/PSubmitterInfo.aspx and
complete the online form.
Fax a reservation by sending your completed form to 1-800-388-6742
Email your reservation by sending the completed information to customer.service@yourcall.com
We have many options available for fine-tuning your conference call. Below are just a few examples. For more detailed information, contact our customer service department at 1-800-925-8000.
We can call the leader and all the participants for the call (operator-Assisted),
or the leader and all participants can dial in to the conference with a toll-free
number (800 Meet Me) or a dialed Meet-Me number
Leader can be called either first or last

conference begins.)

If you choose to have your participants called out to, once your conference
has been scheduled, instruct your participants to be at the specified telephone
number on the determined date or time. Our operator will then dial out to the
participants at the number specified at the time of the call.
If you choose to have all participants dial into the conference, simply provide
your participants with the toll-free dial-in number, and the passcode for your
conference.

How does the leader join the conference for an operator-assisted call?
A Conference America operator will contact the leader at the designated telephone number and join them through to the conference call. The leader can be called first or last. Once all parties are online, the operator can conduct a roll call upon request.
How does a participant join an operator-assisted conference?A Conference America operator will contact the participants at the designated telephone number and join them through to the conference call. Once the leader is connected, the operator can conduct a roll call upon request.
What if I need operator assistance?If at any time you need assistance, just press *0 (star zero). The operator will join your conference and assist with any requests.
Can I dial out to participants if I need to?If you need additional participants to be dialed and joined to the conference, just press *0 (star zero), and provide the operator with the telephone number and name of the party to be called. The operator will handle calling and connecting them to your conference.

How does the leader join the conference for an 800 Meet Me conference?
The leader joins the meeting by calling the toll-free dial-in number, and provides the conference operator the passcode. The operator will ask for the caller’s name, and will identify the leader upon receipt of their call.
How does a participant join the 800 Meet Me conference?The participants join the meeting by calling the toll-free dial-in number, and providing the passcode to the conference operator. The operator will ask for the caller’s name, and then join them to the call.
Always on
What is Always On?
Always On Conferencing gives users around-the-clock access to conference calls without having to make any reservations. Set up your “Always On” profile and you’re all set. Whenever you are ready to have a conference, just dial your personal toll-free number, enter your passcode and start your call.
What is Always On Control?Always On control is an easy to use web interface that allows leaders to control their Always On conference call. Leaders can mute, hold, disconnect, dial out, and record their conference call. Always On control allows leaders to be their own operator.
How do I schedule my Always On conference call?With the Always On services, reservations are not necessary. A one-time setup is all you need to immediately start using the services. To get an Always On account, call 1-800-925-8000, or choose one of the options below.

and fill out the form. Be sure to select Always On as your conference call type.

How does the leader join an Always On conference?The leader joins the meeting by calling the toll-free dial-in number, and entering the leader passcode followed by the “#” (pound) sign.

Can I dial out to additional participants if I need to from an Always On call?If you need to call additional participants, the leader can press *1 (star one), and follow the voice prompts. Leader’s can also dial out to other participants by using the Always On Control feature.
Do I have the ability to mute my line during an Always On call? (Participant/Leader)Participants or leaders can mute their individual line by pressing *6 (star six). To un-mute simply press *6 (star six) again. This option can also be executed through the Always On Control feature.
Do I have the ability to mute other participants’ lines during an Always On call? (Leader)Leaders may mute and un-mute specific lines by using the Always On Control
feature, which allows them to place specific lines on hold, or disconnect them
if necessary.
To mute all the participants on the conference press 81# (eight one pound),
to un-mute press 80# (eight zero pound).
Participants can mute/un-mute themselves by pressing *6 (star six) If the leader is using Always On Control, they can mute/un-mute selected participants as needed. The operator can also assist in muting certain participants if the leader is not using Always On Control. To get an operator simply press *0 (star zero).
How do I end my Always On conference call?To end your call, simply hang up your phone. If you are using Always On Control, select the “End Conference” button.
Can the leader disconnect from an Always On call and allow the conference to continue?The leader can allow the conference to continue after they disconnect. This option is configured at the time the Always On account is set up. This feature can be changed at any time. For assistance please call 1-800-925-8000.
Can the call completely disconnect when the leader hangs up from an Always On call?The leader can choose to have the call and all lines in conference disconnect when they hang up. This option is configured at the time the Always On account is set up, and can be changed at any time. For assistance please call 1-800-925-8000.
Can I get a list of those who attended my Always On conference call?A participant list can be obtained when using Always On control. To get a participant list using Always On control, simply select the option “Participant List Before Hanging Up”.
